Paris
Black was born in Denmark, lived in England and moved to Canada at the age of ten. He discovered his song writing talent at
the age of fifteen. He turned to music as an outlet to express himself. He performed at many clubs and joined several different
bands as a teen. In 1987 he joined with Trend Records. Shortly afterwards his debut album, Secret Seduction, was released.
From this album three singles and videos were extracted, Better Get Ready, Buried Alive, and Lover. Due to its huge and wide
success across Canada, he soon signed with ISBA/Sony records in 1991. His second album, self-titled, was released, followed
by his single for Conspiracy, and videos for Heaven Sent and My Heart Is Still Young.
Paris never strayed from
the public eye. He has modeled here in Canada and in the States for several major fashion houses such as Armani. He has recently
become the spokesperson for a fragrance called Adonis Glamore. He has also participated on television appearances and infomercials.
Not only that, but he was a co-producer of a charity for the homeless called Chill Out. In
1999, with Chill Out and Unidisc Music he released a single, Hold On Tight.
He toured Canada in support of this project.
Paris has been back in the studio, and has finished his fourth album: Drunk Upon The Poetry.
